The service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were new-fashioned and big with an alarm and a private terrace, for example, just what was needed. Location: the hotel was really close to all the important sites, Merida and souvenir shops.

The staff here were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I wanted a room with a double bed, an alarm clock, a private terrace, and a jacuzzi, and they happily made it happen for me! 😊

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was new-fashioned and cool with the jacuzzi outside. - the setting was excellent, a short walk to Plaza Grande and the cathedral in Central Square.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and I had a fantastic experience. the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - from the jacuzzi outside to the stunning views, everything was perfect. Lastly, the breakfast provided at a nearby café was delicious and a great way to start the day. It's clear that this hotel values its guests and provides great amenities.
Everything was absolutely fine and met my expectations.
