The hotel has marvellous and awesome location next to the Plaza Grande and many other sights, the city center, and all the important sites in Merida.

Stayed for 3 days at this place and it was absolutely stunning. Loved that it was close to the city center and all the major attractions. 🌆

The room is modern and cool with a private terrace, and the staff are hospitable.

The service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were new-fashioned and big with an alarm and a private terrace, for example, just what was needed. Location: the hotel was really close to all the important sites, Merida and souvenir shops.

The staff here were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I wanted a room with a double bed, an alarm clock, a private terrace, and a jacuzzi, and they happily made it happen for me! 😊

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was new-fashioned and cool with the jacuzzi outside. - the setting was excellent, a short walk to Plaza Grande and the cathedral in Central Square.

The rooms were spacious and had a modern style, including a private terrace, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was ideal, being very close to Plaza Grande, souvenir shops, and the city center. - Amaro, a great restaurant with delicious food, was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center and I had a fantastic experience. the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - from the jacuzzi outside to the stunning views, everything was perfect. Lastly, the breakfast provided at a nearby café was delicious and a great way to start the day. It's clear that this hotel values its guests and provides great amenities.

Everything was absolutely fine and met my expectations.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

I loved the room with the outside jacuzzi, it was so nice to relax in. the bed was super comfy too. Plus, the Main Square was just a stone's throw away 🌟.
